The annual Percy French Festival celebrates the life and times of multi-talented songwriter, artist, engineer, humourist, editor, poet, sketchwriter, concert promoter, banjo player and stage entertainer William Percy French (1854–1920).
The Festival started at 1993 as a new type of summer festival in Czech Republic, which put together music on several stages, theater performances, films, exhibitions, author’s reading and other events.
