WOOL – Covilhã Urban Art Festival

not awarded

WOOL – Covilhã Urban Art Festival is the direct result of 2 passions: one for graffiti and street art and the other for Covilhã and its history, closely linked to the textile industry. The festival began in 2011, the first of its kind in the interior of Portugal, with an aim to introduce these new expressions of contemporary art as tools capable of great social, cultural, economic and urban transformation. Each event includes the creation of a piece of street art followed live by the audience.
