Visualia is a three day Light Festival based in Pula, Croatia. It's the first Light Festival in Croatia which aims to enhance the art of light in public spaces with site-specific light installations. It was first organised by the Association Sonitus from Pula, and since its second edition, in partnership with the Tourism Office Pula. Visualia is free and reaches. Target group number one is a new audience and Visualia attracts them by bringing contemporary light art to all citizen that would not usually go to galleries. The program contains 2D and 3D projection mappings, interactive 3D projection mappings, light installations, interactive installations, interactive audiovisual installations, interactive exhibitions, light shows and performances, light shows with live music artists and much more. Visualia is about interaction which allows people to actively participate. It is noteworthy that Visualia encourages home production of young creative people, it is open to new forms of artistic expression and is always eager to embrace new technological challenges. Light artists from the European Union are involved from the year 2016 through international platform Spectrum which promotes collaborations in Light Art.
