Established in 2012, the Haddo Arts Festival takes place annually at Haddo in Aberdeenshire, using not only Haddo House but the Hall and Country Park. Primarily focussing on music, the Festival programme features classical concerts, recitals and touring opera but also includes the visual arts, literature, children’s workshops, comedy, talks and theatre. As well as bringing outstanding national and international performers to the North East audience, the Festival is a showcase for the work of local artists and performers.
Journeys Festival International celebrates the creative talents of exceptional refugee and asylum seeker artists, sharing refugee experiences through great art and culture. Journeys Festival International is a multi-art form festival that takes place annually in Leicester, Manchester and Portsmouth (UK). In 2017, strands of activity will take place in Palermo, Rome (Italy), Hamburg (Germany) and Budapest (Hungary) as part of the European partnership project JOURNEYS.

Throughout the year, the Berliner Festspiele puts on a wealth of imaginative and intelligent festivals, high-quality exhibition projects and individual events in the Haus der Berliner Festspiele and the Martin-Gropuis-Bau. At its core is work by contemporary and international artists, showcased in the festivals MaerzMusik, Theatertreffen, Musikfest Berlin and Jazzfest Berlin, as well as exhibitions in the Martin-Gropius-Bau. Berliner Festspiele are starting a new format which will be launched in the autumn of 2016.
