The organization fosters international collaboration and coproduction, professional development (workshops, classes, seminars), as well as supporting emerging talent and also periodically working in areas of publishing. The organization has also initiated the development of a unique venue in Croatia for dance: Zagreb Dance Centre (www.plesnicentar.info) which opened doors in 2009 and which it managed successfully until 2016 having devised and implemented a range of programs of interest to the dance professional (residencies, workshops, training) as well as interested public.
