Fountainhead® Tanz Théâtre, Black International Cinema Berlin, The Collegium - Forum & Television Program Berlin, “Footprints in the Sand?” Exhibition, Cultural Zephyr e.V. are an international, intercultural community of persons engaged in achieving increasing understanding and cooperation between individuals and groups in support of democratic procedures and the elimination of violence, religious, ethnic and gender persecution, youth exploitation, homophobia and racial hatred through the process of art, education, culture and dialogue.
The International Danube Festival in Ulm/Neu-Ulm lasts 10 days, symbolic of the 10 countries through which the Danube flows. There are almost 150 mostly free events from music to literature, dance to theatre, social and political events, films, exhibitions and family events, and over 20 projects with 40 local partners. The Danube countries market forms the heart of the festival, conveying the diversity of cultures along this great river and offering a European and global outlook.
It is most known festival not only in Macedonia but aslo worldwide.The beginning of the festival happened on the remote year 1961 midsummer - on august 4th with the performance of the opera singer Ana Lipsha Tofovic. Since the year 1961 until now, the Ohrid Summer Festival traditionally is held every year from 12th of July until 20th of August . As a manifestation with high artistic values, since the beginning of 1994 Ohrid Summer is a member of the European Festival Association.
